Beautiful Cobalt Blue Spongeware Stoneware Pottery BowlPossibly Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Roseville OhioApprox 6.5″x 3.5″, 1.75 PoundsReduced 25% Super neat bowl. Spatter pattern even covers the bottom of bowl. It is in great shape except for one glaze miss (or flake) in the bottom of inside of bowl. There is also a small indention in the bowls rim from production, but it is glazed into and not a defect (we mentioned it in case you see it in photos and wondered). Measures just over 6.5″ wide at top and it is just under 3.5″ tall. Weighs roughly 1.75 pounds. The bowl does not look like it was used much if at all. It is hard to make out maker’s mark on bottom other than that it is a very long name, as the glaze is so heavy. One smart EBAYER suggested it may be “Robinson Rainsbottom Pottery” and that would fit, but we cannot guarantee that. The only letters we could make out was the word POTTERY, but there are dozens of other letters. It was driving me crazy trying to figure them out and we finally gave up. We also spent over an hour trying to find one that looked similar & that had a similar pattern to lettering, but to no avail. We do know it is very nice. And, thanks to the kind eBay member for the suggestion. We took multiple pictures for your consideration. We ship quickly and with utmost care.
