If you’ve been searching for 20 inch black lights, you could look forever and never find them. Finding them in any condition is very, very difficult at best. I have two that are identical, this is the better of the two. Notice the neck. It is actually 3-pieces, the very top has always been painted, since new. The original paint failed causing it to rust. I media-blasted and repainted the original color, black.The socket is brand new and high quality. I’ve added a machined aluminum, 2″ inch socket extension that allows today’s shorter bulbs to extend beyond the neck into the shade where they belong, vastly increasing performance. The extension also allows use of large LED bulbs, so fewer lights are needed to illuminate large areas. Last but not least, a good solid ground has been added for safety. Pass your inspections! The shade is 20 inches in diameter. From the bottom of the shade to the top of the fitter is 13 inches tall. Overall, from the bottom to the top of the NOS Benjamin swivel hanger, is 22 inches, with the 9″ down-rod. I can replace the 9″ galvanized down-rods with 3, 6 or 12″ rods free of charge. The wiring will accommodate a down-rod of at least three feet. Need longer, let me know. The Benjamin swivel hanger will let the light hang plumb even if the ceiling or electric box is not level.
